CityTransit Desk Terms of Service
These terms describe the website and independent sourcing-support role of CityTransit Desk. The service helps business buyers structure vehicle requirements, identify possible supplier channels, and compare information. It is not a manufacturer, authorized dealer, certification body, importer of record, insurer, lender, or legal, customs, engineering, or regulatory adviser.
Requests and supplier information
An inquiry does not create a purchase contract or confirm stock, allocation, specification, price, lead time, warranty, transport, import eligibility, registration, or compliance. Supplier statements must be tied to the exact model, configuration, model year, quantity, destination, Incoterm, and document scope. Buyers must review contracts and use qualified destination-side specialists.
Vehicle comparison limits
Passenger capacity, GVWR, range, charging, fuel use, dimensions, and other performance information can depend on configuration and operating conditions. Used-vehicle conclusions require VIN-level evidence. Quotations may expire or exclude costs. CityTransit Desk may organize information but does not warrant its completeness or fitness for a buyer's particular operation.
Buyer responsibilities
Buyers are responsible for accurate requirements, authorized submission of data, supplier due diligence, technical acceptance, inspections, payment decisions, logistics, duties, taxes, import, registration, insurance, and lawful operation. Do not rely on this website as the sole basis for a procurement commitment.
